And this is a non graphic pic. I've seen ones depicting the bloodbaths, they are horrible. Most of these poor creatures are barely weeks old when they are harpooned and bludgeoned to death.

IT'S SICKENING. AND IT NEEDS TO STOP.

Recognizing The Physical Symptoms Of An Anxiety Attack

Many people who have had to deal with an anxiety attack, will quickly be able to recognize the physical symptoms associated with this condition. The first sign that you are having attack will be when you start to breath much more heavily, plus you begin to sweat. Other physical symptoms of an attack, include chest pains, numbness to the bodies extremities and they shake uncontrollably. When a person is having an attack they may find that they only suffer from one or two of the physical symptoms of an anxiety attack, whilst others will suffer from all of those that we have mentioned.

When someone is suffering an anxiety attack for the first time they will often reach for the phone to call for an ambulance as they feel that they may be having a heart attack. But even when they reach hospital and have been told what the problem is they often find that being in a hospital environment helps them to cope and deal with the attack much more easily. Yet for those who suffer from chronic anxiety they will have been shown ways in which they can actually alleviate the symptoms associated with this disorder themselves.

It is thought that when a person has an anxiety attack it is their bodies natural survival response kicking in. This response has helped us to cope and survive with whatever challenges in life we have had to face. Normally an anxiety attack will occur when your body is instinctively responding to ensure that you survive.

Recent studies have shown that repeated panic attacks can increase a person's chances of suffering a stroke or heart attack in the future. People with a singular panic attack, but no history of anxiety disorder are not likely to suffer any heart damage or serious lasting effects.

What is not clear however is the risk posed to those who regularly suffer attacks. There are some doctors who will argue that even prescribed medications can lead to a person suffering some kind of heart problem. But no matter what an anxiety or panic attack is a clear mention from your body that things are not right and the issue need to be dealt with.

Dealing with any kind of anxiety of panic attack is not always that easy especially if they are severe. Although your doctor may be able to treat the symptoms effectively, often it needs other ways to help a person find and then deal with the underlying causes of an attack. Today, there are various different types of therapy available which are proving effective at helping to treat the actual causes. Of all the different types one that seems to be extremely effective is cognitive behavioral therapy which helps a person to recognize what is triggering the attack and then work on ways to change the way in which they react to it and so prevent an attack from happening.

Quite a few people will use deep breathing exercises or other kinds of relaxation techniques for helping to bring the physical symptoms of an anxiety attack under control. Along with these exercises and techniques they may also under take massage or aromatherapy and some people will use them in conjunction with acupuncture treatment. But no matter what any one else thinks, it is important that when treating the physical symptoms associated with these kinds of attacks is not just a case of a person trying to think more positively.

Anxiety is a real medical condition and must be treated as such. Hopefully, with careful attention, anyone can beat the crippling effects of anxiety.

Homeopathy is one branch of alternative medicine that instills belief that we can treat ourselves with fluids that can induce similar effects as the condition which we wish to be cured from. The Cure for Worry and Anxiety Often Lies Within

If you suffer from a frequent anxiety, you are not alone. We live in very stressful times and it seems that whenever one opens any media you are confronted with all sorts of worrisome news. However, if you have undue stress and overwhelming emotions, you should take comfort in that the cure for anxiety and worry many times lies within you.

To understand what this means, think back over the course of your life. How many things were you anxious about that just never happened? Were you certain that you were going to get bad news from your doctor, or that you were going to lose your job, or something else, and it didn't happen?

The solution for worry and anxiety is just like the solution for anything else - prevent it from happening in the first place! If you consider how many things you're anxious about now that probably never happen, you get the first step toward the cure for worry and anxiety.

You might begin to quarrel with that by pointing out bad things that did happen - maybe you did get bad news from your doctor or you did lose your job, or something similar. You should remember though that terrible and negative things are a part of life, yours, mine, and everyone else's.

You're not the only person in the world to suffer poor health or unemployment or whatever else your problems are. A big part of the cure for worry and anxiety is to put your own problems in perspective. You survived these incidents, didn't you? The doctor might have given you bad news, but chances are there were treatment options he or she gave you as well. If you lost a job, you found something else soon enough, right?

Another solution of the cure for worry and anxiety is to put things in perspective. No matter if you're dealing with some terrible trauma or circumstance, this too will pass eventually. Really, is there a way to change the future by worrying and feeling anxious? Will it change anything by being anxious?

All of us can only plan for the future as best we can and then ride out the bad times while waiting for the good. If you understand how useless these emotions are, then you'll be well on your way to finding the cure for worry and anxiety in your own life.

Let me start by saying that effective immediately, foreign aid to those nations on List 2 ceases immediately and indefinitely. The money saved during the first year alone will pretty much pay for the costs of the Iraqi war.
THEN EVERY YEAR THERE AFTER IT'll GO TO OUR SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM SO IT WONT GO BROKE IN 20 YEARS.

The American people are no longer going to pour money into third world Hellholes and watch those government leaders grow fat on corruption.

It is time for America to focus on its own welfare and its own citizens. Some will accuse us of isolationism. I answer them by saying, "darn tootin."


Nearly a century of trying to help folks live a decent life around the world has only earned us the undying enmity of just about everyone on the planet. It is time to eliminate hunger in America It is time to eliminate homelessness in America . To the nations on List 1, a final thought. Thank you guys. We owe you and we won't forget.

This provides relief and is simple to carry out.

Discipline and Positive Reinforcement

The fundamental rule for all discipline problems is encouraging good behavior instead of punishing bad behavior. It's a tried and tested method that rewards work better than punishments.

First of all it is important to remove the derogatory connotations attached to the word 'discipline'. Many people associate punishment with discipline, which isn't and shouldn't be the case. More often than not, a reward system works wonders in establishing child discipline. Indeed, as parents, you should make sure that things don't come to such a pass that punishment is required. Another thing that you need to know as parents is that children are individuals in their own right. No two kids are alike; they need to be treated individually. There is no such guarantee that the method that worked with one child will work with another, too. You have to be as inventive as your children to develop a rapport with them so that they listen to you, and they do what they think will please you.

You can't afford to neglect child discipline; but punishment tactics should be avoided as far as possible; they don't work. Try a reward system instead. Rewards don't have to be tangible; a nod of approval, a word of praise and a warm hug can work wonders. You can encourage positive children's behavior by positive reinforcement. It makes you and your child feel good. And, it saves time on the yelling.

Here are some parenting tips to get you started on establishing a reward system:

* Parents should sit down and discuss discipline problems threadbare. Together you should set up a list of child behavior actions and rewards, for example, cleaning up the bedroom without having to be reminded means an extra hour of TV on the weekend.

2. The next step is to sit down with your children, if they are old enough, and explain the system. Remember to engage older children in this type of routine change. It will make it run smoothly and avoid any child behavior problems. If they feel they are contributing to the household decision making process they will be more willing to cooperate. Younger children listen to older siblings more than they obey orders from parents. They are the second-rung management, you see.

3. You can make use of a chart that will help you keep a record and follow through. It serves as a visual reinforcement also.

These three steps will help you get started in establishing a reward-based child discipline system in your home to make sure things get done. The bottom line is to use the rewards system more often than resorting to punishment. It is important for setting a positive foundation for self-esteem.
